Ari Sheehan
About Me.
Ari Sheehan, Irish-born guitarist and luthier, crafts his guitars in his home town village of
Crosshaven, County Cork on the scenic south coast of Ireland.
He has been building custom ordered acoustic guitars for discerning players in Ireland and
abroad for 15 years.
As an accomplished guitarist himself, he was always intrigued by how guitars were made so
he set out to build his own.
Starting with archtops, a personal favourite of his, he then moved on to building electrics,
basses and eventually found his passion in acoustic flat top guitars.
Outside of his builds, Ari enjoys restoring and repairing other players’ instruments and
regularly gigs his own creations.
